Scholarships are allocated on a rolling basis, subject to availability.

SELECTION CRITERIA

To be eligible, applicants must:


Be an active Women in Football member (proof of membership required).

Successfully complete the application process for The FBA's Professional Master in Football Business for the September 2026 Edition.

Submit a personal statement outlining their motivation, career ambitions, and alignment with the Women in Football initiative.

Be ready to move forward should a scholarship offer be extended.

Who is eligible to apply for the Women in Football Scholarship?

Applicants must be active Women in Football members and successfully complete the application process for The FBA’s Professional Master in Football Business for the September 2026 Edition.

Do I need to be a Women in Football member before applying?

Yes. Active Women in Football membership is a mandatory eligibility requirement, and proof of membership will be required as part of the scholarship application.

What does the scholarship cover?

The scholarship offers up to 40% tuition reduction for The FBA’s Professional Master in Football Business.

Please note that candidates are still expected to be in a realistic financial position to support the remaining programme investment, as well as any associated travel and living costs.

How are scholarships awarded?

Scholarships are allocated on a rolling basis, subject to availability.

Priority is given to eligible applicants who successfully complete the process and confirm their intention to move forward first.

Do I need to wait until the application deadline to hear back?

No.

If this deadline is not met, the scholarship offer may be reallocated.

Do I need previous experience in football to apply?

No.

The FBA welcomes applicants from both football and non-football backgrounds, provided they demonstrate strong motivation, career ambition, and alignment with the programme.

How many scholarships are available?
