This scholarship is open to women, non-binary individuals, and other underrepresented gender identities who enroll in The FBA’s Professional Master in Football Business and are committed to building or advancing their career in the football industry after graduation.

The scholarship covers 40% of the tuition fees for The FBA+s Professional Master in Football Business Program. The full program tuition is CHF 30,000. 

A total of three scholarships are available for the March 2026 intake.

Applicants must submit:

• A completed application for The FBA’s Professional Master in Football Business (March 2026 intake), including all required supporting documents: passport copy, university degree (or equivalent), and CV.

• A 1,000–1,500-word motivation letter outlining their career goals, interest in The FBA, and reasons for applying for the scholarship.

• Proof of financial need, demonstrated through one or more of the following: last year’s tax declaration, bank statements from the past 3 months, or salary pays-lips from the past 3 months.

• Proof of Women in Soccer (WIS) membership (membership is free). A screenshot of the welcome email is sufficient as proof.

Candidates will follow The FBA’s standard admissions process, which includes a review of all submitted documents by the Admissions Team, followed by two interviews. After the evaluation phase, The FBA Admissions Team will shortlist the top five applicants. The final selection of the three scholarship recipients will be made jointly by The FBA and Women in Soccer.

The scholarship application deadline is January 31st, 2026.

Recipients are selected based on their motivation, potential to create meaningful impact in the football industry, and alignment with the mission of promoting greater gender equality and representation in football. Financial need is also an important factor and may serve as a determining element when evaluating candidates with similar profiles.

Applicants will be notified of the scholarship decision on February 16th, 2026. Successful candidates will also receive detailed instructions outlining the next steps in the enrollment process.
